The other membranes we service

Elastomeric membrane

A granule-surfaced two-ply membrane installed with a torch, very common on the existing stock. It is a separate niche, served by other companies. We repair and maintain it.

Asphalt and gravel

A sturdy multi-layer system, less and less installed. It lasts 15 to 20 years and needs more maintenance.

EPDM

A darker single-ply membrane, very durable, but it absorbs heat instead of reflecting it.
